23FIFTY is located in “Fashionable” Ferndale, smack dab in the middle of metro Detroit.
It’s 15 minutes from Downtown. 15 minutes from Birmingham. And an hour away from some of Michigan’s most beautiful lakes and rivers. Ferndale offers a variety of unique restaurants, bars, shopping and dispensaries within walking distance.

23FIFTY boasts a 44' X 58' two wall, white cyclorama wall that can be changed to your desired color. The ceiling is 16’ 6" and supports two large flying flats and has a grid for lighting.

There’s a private vestibule entrance, green room, men’s and women’s restrooms with vanities, a state-of-the art full chef’s kitchen and a feasting table for 16 people.
